Smoke arises from the ashes of the burning ground under the dark sky.

Sher was standing a couple of meters from Soul. Abruptly another Spirit appeared behind them. Sher was surprised it was so near without notice. But Soul remained calm without moving. Before the demon could strike any attack, suddenly it was shredded into pieces. Then a tall lady in black suit appeared before them. Her arm was attached with a claw like weapon.

'My my... How could you both make left one out like this?'

'You are late, Jess' said Soul. 'You could have jumped down without parachuting.'

'If I did, you wouldn't have the chance to impress your little sister.'

'You are here too, sis Jess?' amazed Sher.

'Hi pretty, it's been awhile since I last saw you,' said Jess.

'How did you all know I was here?' asked Sher

'We were on our way to the HQ, but suddenly we receive an emergency message from HQ stating you were in trouble. So we rushed here as soon as we can. Luckily we were able to reach here on time.'

'Where's Star?' queried Soul.

'She went back directly to HQ reporting,' said Jess in an unfathomable tone as she activated her claws. Then a few dozens of demons comprises of ghouls and ghosts stepped out. 'We have some cleaning to do.'

'I'll help too,' said Sher.

'No need. You rest first. Leave this to your sis and I. We will take care of all this,' said Jess as she winked at Sher.

Back in the north Sector, Coe was facing the one ghoul she thought she had killed. Coe opened up the chest in front of her and she saw a sword sheathed inside a bronze sparkling scabbard. Then she pulled out the sword as the blade emitted a bright light. Before Coe could react, the sword had drawn her energy.

'What is this?' asked Coe. ‘It felt like my entire energy was sucked by the sword.'

'Don't worry Neon,' said Vic. 'This is a part of the sword obligation.

The ghouls charged towards Coe. Before it could reach her, the Ghoul was slivered into half. Without realized Coe already swung her sword. She was even stunned by herself. But before she could celebrate, suddenly she was surrounded by ton of ghouls and ghosts around her.
