In the Headquarters Selph was worrying reading a couple of reports.

'Neon battling ability had just risen up to rank B,' said Vic.

'Good,' said Selph.

'But you look anxious,' interrupt Dtil.

'I'm worrying about something else.'

Dtil looked at Selph with uncertainty.

'I've checked the results of the evacuation and death toll in many cities, the report doesn't reckon with the amount of population. A lot were still missing without traces. Although our main priority is to save as many civilian as possible but this is something we must not overlook.'

'What should we do?' asked Dtil

'For now we can't do much about. But keep recording the situation from time to time,' answered Selph.
