Somewhere far away up in the sky, a jet plane was speeding through the dark clouds. Sitting inside, a shadow of a lady figurine was revealed by the dim light of the seat above. She pressed a few buttons by the side of the arm support and message was displayed out in the small panel screen in front.

Back to V.A.L. headquarter.
'Coe, I have assigned you with a new name and from now on you will be known as Neon,' said Selph as Coe nodded. 'Since you aren't train with any vehicles yet, I have allocated you with a rider. Dtil, get Roy ready and bring Neon to the transit yard.'
Without further delay, everyone preceded to their exertion. When Dtil and Coe reached the yard, they saw a mini three-wheel-bike catered with a passenger sit. Inside the driver sit of this red shinning bike was a young and cute teenage guy.
'He's Roy,' said Dtil as he knew Coe was still in qualm. 'From now on, he'll be your personal rider to bring you to any place you need to go,' said Dtil. Coe jumped into the passenger sit. 'You wouldn't be able to bring weapon in this small vehicle as the vehicle was design so it could cross any terrain without difficulties. We will send your weapon to you by all mean as soon as possible.'
'But...' interrupted Coe.
'Do not worry, Roy might not be a good fighter but he's an excellent driver...' Suddenly the bike dashed out from the yard before Dtil was able to continue. Coe glared at the exit.
'Pardon my actions but we need to hurry,' said Roy with a soft and gentle voice. 'By the way, nice to meet you.'
'Em... Nice to meet you too,' replied Coe as her expression on her face quickly changed as soon as she heard his tender voice. 'You seem very familiar to me.'
'But I don't think I've seen you before,' replied Roy. 'Okay hang on, we are taking a dash here.' Coe grabbed on the safety bar by the passenger sit as the bike turned into a dark alley rocking its way across many obstructions along the narrow lane.
In a split second, the bike jumped out a couple of meters up and a crossed a high fence made with steel bar. Finally they have reached to the north sector.
'We have arrived,' said Roy. 'Following will be up to you. I will be waiting for you here.'
'Thank you,' said Coe as she hopped out from the sit. Then she pressed the communication devices worn on her left arm. 'Neon reporting arrived at destination.'
Coe now stood in front of a wrecked city illuminated under the blue moon light. The night was early and the winds were strong. Her loosen hair were flowing along with the rhythm of the wind.
